Returns and Refunds

Special COVID-19 Message
If you're interested in buying an instrument, but are uncomfortable play testing in-store, you can take advantage of our return policy, which allows you to isolate the instrument at home before play testing.

Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have options for return, refund, or exchange.

Returns and Refunds Policy
