It features a solid A-grade Sitka spruce top paired with sapele/mahogany back and sides, producing a clear, balanced tone with strong projection and warmth. Its Folk/OM body shape and cutaway design make it comfortable to play while providing easy access to higher frets. The guitar uses Alvarez’s FST2 forward-shifted bracing system to enhance resonance, volume, and responsiveness. A mahogany neck, real bone nut and saddle, and quality chrome tuning machines contribute to smooth playability and reliable tuning stability. For amplified performance, the AF30CE includes the SYS250 pickup and preamp system with a 3-band EQ, Presence control, and a built-in backlit tuner, making it ideal for live performances, recording, or practice.
